It feels like it was just yesterday f...Wow, Sarah. It feels like it was just yesterday for me. Shane gave up naps at around age 3. Kent's dad had died and things got topsy-turvy. If Shane napped, he couldn't sleep at night. Sleep is so crucial; for kids and parents!!! When Kiah wakes up, does he want your attention? I wonder if it's a habit for him to wake up at night? Maybe you could try not talking with him and putting him back to bed. It may take a bit but possibly this can "retrain" him to sleep through the night.
